Dear Izabella, Thank you very much for your recipe that you’ve sent to us. By the way, I know it quite well. I baked many times from this recipe back home in Russia. You are right, it is quick to prepare and delicious by taste. My husband Janko enjoyed the conversation with you this morning but he was impatient to start the painting job as he was in short of time to finish it and needed help. So he seems grouchy sometimes. But he is a very good heart and loves eclairs a lot. We hope to see you soon.
Sincerely yours,
Valentina and Janko
